BIOGRAPHY
Liisa Nuuk is a Finnish circus artist from the city of Tampere. Liisa left home and moved to Brussels, Belgium at the age of 19 to complete an intensive 3 year bachelor of circus arts degree at the prestigious École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque (E.S.A.C).
Since graduating in the spring of 2016 she has been busily working with different circus companies such as Cirque Éloize, Cirkus Zorba, Cirque Rouages, Cirque Galapiat and Cie des Chausson Rouges. Liisa performs her tightwire acts in different high profile events such as the Paris Fashion Week 2017. She is the co-founder of her own circus company Hands some Feet with which she is currently touring their debut show “Hands some Feet”. She is also one of the 10 co-founders of the Finnish circus collective Sirkum Polaris, premiering their debut show “Kulovalkea” in the spring of 2020.
